Delivery & pickup
How are delivery fees calculated?
Fees are calculated automatically based on your delivery area, entered at checkout: Abidjan city (1,000 FCFA), greater Abidjan (2,000 FCFA) and the rest of the country (3,500 FCFA). Delivery is free from 50,000 FCFA of purchase.
What are the delivery times?
Allow 24 to 48h in Abidjan and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of Côte d'Ivoire. You receive an SMS and email at each step, with a tracking link.
Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes. Choose "Store pickup" at checkout: your order is prepared within 2h at the Cocody pharmacy and you are notified by SMS as soon as it is ready.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN MoMo, Wave), bank card (Visa, Mastercard) and cash on delivery. All online transactions are secure.
Is cash on delivery available everywhere?
Cash on delivery is available in Abidjan and most major cities. For remote areas, a Mobile Money prepayment may be required — this is shown at checkout.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, a PDF invoice is generated automatically and attached to your confirmation email. You can also download it from order tracking at any time.
Order & account
Can I order without creating an account?
Yes, guest checkout is available: your details are only used for delivery, tracking and invoicing. You can create an account in one click after ordering.
How do I track my order?
From the tracking link received by email, or in "My account › Order tracking". You can see the status in real time: confirmed, in preparation, shipped, delivered.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to change your mind on unopened, non-perishable products. Opened hygiene products and medicines cannot be returned, for health reasons.
How do I request a return?
Go to "My account › Returns management" or contact our support. We arrange the return and issue the refund within 3 to 7 days of receipt.
Prescription
Can I order prescription medicines?
Some products require a valid prescription. You can upload it at checkout; a pharmacist verifies it before validation. Without a prescription, these products cannot be dispensed.
Can I talk to a pharmacist?
Of course. Our pharmacists are available 6 days a week by chat, phone or email to advise you on your routines, interactions and treatments — free of charge and confidentially.
